hahah! thanks Malaysian!! not my finest hour ill admit!! felt great the next day though woke up did some stretches and won some onlie chess on hard mode... and then went to church and did a lecture on the labour patrty in the 1920's .... not! terrible choooosday is over though and im good to go again now sort of... well kind of .. actually not.. ;-)
