Wanted: Riser quill stem (around 120mm) 1"

About 10 - 30 degrees rise
preferably polished finish
For a 1" steerer

I got a cinelli milano 140mm stem in black?
scratched, but technically sound - with C logo on the clamp.
for 7 pounds.

Is it a riser? Quite important as it's for a tourer so I don't want the position to be all aggressive.
