  • okay, it isn't working still. so yeah, any ideas guys?
    any help would be appreciated

  • ooooh I just love suicide brake levers front chain guards and the plastic guard on the rear cogs ;o)))

  • I'd stick with classic or at least vaguely classic-looking components. Hence no Deep Vs but rather something like Mavic Open Sport if you want new rims.

  • i guess you're right. but, i do love the look of deep vs haha

created my own thread now i've posted 5 times!

  • Hey guys,

So i bought a 'winner' off gumtree last week. I really want it to be a single speed BUT have no real idea about bikes so unsure what sort of Hubs and tools i would need. I was wondering if you guys could point me in the right direction?

    Cheers

  • dont listen to ehren_fried_chicken... deep V's are dope no matter what vintage the frame is..

  • deep V on a Pashley look dope???

now don't be a silly pencil mate.

  • No offence eloptiko but maybe you need to have 10 minutes alone in the bathroom with Fixed Gear Gallery circa five years ago...

  • Just bought white powdercoated 48mm v's for my winner (see my profile pic) and they look epic!!!

    • Looks at profile pic.

    • Sees nothing.
