Just turned onto Copenhagen street from York Way and rider down at the lights. Ambulance person there and a few cyclist around. Think the cyclist was having oxygen but couldn't see anything else as was driving past. couldn't figure our what happened as couldn't see a car stopped by it or anything
Hope the guy is ok fingers crossed
