No idea who made the rims. they were sold to me as deep 60mm carbon. most carbon - including BIG americAN BRANDS is FROM china and far east. so i suppose they came from a big industrial manufacturer. i dont know - but i can say i have a road set of these rims and have been fine for 3 yrs now only needing one true up. I suppose if "brand name" carbon is what you want then these are not for you.
