I have a Vuelta Deep V, I am pretty sure it is 36h but will check. I think it is also made in the USA. Very solid rim.
Only problem is, it is Yellow!!
I also have a mint condition NON machined, mirror finish Rigida DP22 rim in 26"
It is skinny though, so would suit non offroad tyres great. I cannot remember how many spokes it takes though.
