Ball turnover (unless advantage obviously) for high sticking.
If you hit anyone above the neck, helmet or not, you shouldn't be allowed to play on (obviously allowances should be made if the person hit had their head low).
I'm not saying people high stick maliciously, but if you can't control where your mallet goes I don't see why you should be allowed to play on.
