I don't know much about the frame manufacturer but its a Winora made from Columbus tubing. The paint has seen better days but is still in perfect working condition with no major rust. The chrome on the forks is a little pitted but looks fine. The down tube measures 60cm and the top tube 58cm. Would make a really nice beater or a nice road bike. The seat post is also included and is in really nice condition. Both the bottom bracket shell and forks are english threaded.
Looking for £30 pick up from Brighton or I can drop it off somewhere if needs be.
