There is a sprint group.everybody in it have got training plans that fit around their racing targets. I think the key bit is that Sunday is not coached. If you feel you need coaching then other days may be better. If you feel you will get something out of Sunday training then why not turn up and ride? You will soon know if it's right for you or not.

I'm sure it's dictated by demand but there's no real way 'in' to sprinting at Herne Hill as there is for the endurance types.
