Can remember what it did to my head when I got made redundant after two years in a job. Took me nearly a year to get sorted again but I ended up on 30% more money and having a far nicer time of things. Stay mellow and try and see it as a chance for change.
Failing that I can point you in the direction of a good park bench and where to score cheap booze.
