  • Ronnie, I hope you are going to come down to London for the Football Stadium ride.

We could do with your help showing the Spurs supporters where WHL is.

  • Word from Anfield is that Dalglish will be back on the golf course full time from summer onwards. Shame really I'd have like to have seen him continue through with his 3 year plan.

    Mourinho has said yes then?

  • Long term vision you say, I wonder what Woy thinks of that....

You're being lazy again. Can you honestly compare Woy's style of play to KK? As tempting as it would be to do the typical fan knee jerk thing I'm not biting. FFS Chelsea had arguably the best manager in the world and was ditched due to his 'style' of play. You reckon given the chance they'd do the same thing again? Wenger's head was being called for just TWO WEEKS back now he's back to being Le Prof. At one point Everton fans were saying Moyes has taken us as far as he can, yet now he's looking to overtake his stuttering, big spending city rivals. Even if he does go NONE of you can deny the standard of football has been an overall improvement.

Don't be soft. There has to a slight possibility of it being true to make it funny.

  • I have to confess that spotting lurkers is easier without the insertiontion of Margaret Thatcher's Penis.

    That's better

  • I have to confess that spotting lurkers is easier without the intervention of Margaret Thatcher's Penis and other tags.

If you miss tagging, we've got them again in the polo forum.

  • I think I would be lynched if MT's P turned up there...

  • A mate of a mate does the commentary on games for LFC TV so I am occasionally told bits of gossip, though frankly I couldn't give a shit about some mid-table outfit.

Clive I may do the stadium ride dependent on start/train times. Has Pisti put up a thread about it yet ?

  • News exclusive to BBC North-West, Moyes gets the boot.

    Money doesn't change you, eh?

I hear this stuff is ace for TEH SQUAEKY BUMĀ®:

  • TBF along with Clive and Bill I suspect I'm one of the few on this forum old enough to remember when Mersey derbies had some significance.

  • And Webb. Or is he just Fergie's bitch?

Webb was a total twat last night, Ba backed into Kosc twice in a row when going for the header and won the free kick every time, the third time Kosc flattened him and Webb couldn't give the free kick else he would have had to get a card out.. in fact that long ball was Newcastles only tactic. from the time wasting keeper (started that shit in the first half?!?!) up to Ba who goes down for a free kick. terrible to watch

Still good to see The Arsenal dig in like that. The atmosphere was incredible and the spirit in that team is as good as i have seen since the days of Flamini/Hleb/Cesc/Tom etc not bad work given the changes we have had to make.. so City will continue to bottle it, spurs will slip and hold 4th, Arsenal will be pushing for second.

ALso think i am developing a soft spot for Theo, his work rate and tackling last night were up with his running. finally looking like the player we thought he could be, be a tough call when Ryo comes back from loan..

so you were around when teams like Chelsea were first manufactured

  • Greasy, even I was not around in 1905.

Were you following your team when they played where they were founded, Woolwich boy?

I spoke to an Evertonian last week about footie. I always wanted to know where/why/when it all started getting so nasty. He said it turned sour when LFC stopped winning shit.

  • I thought it was after Liverpool Chelsea fans went on a murderous rampage at Heysel, thereby preventing a successful Everton side from competing and quite likely winning a European cup or two.

Super sunday, derby days etc etc that and the shit fixtures lists putting all the derbies on one day and leading with the key incidents and red cards.. throw enough shit eh.
