This Crank Brothers tyre tool (like a badass alternative to levers, great if you have stupidly tight wire rimmed 23c's) are £3 today.

There are some nice cheap Knogg regular tyre levers on here today too at £3. They're the flat and wide style, which is WAY better than the park tool style ones (fat and narrow).
EDIT: before a troll corrects me, i'm sure park tool do multiple widths of tire lever....
