I went to see The House of Bernada Alba at the Almeida last night, a version of Lorca's play that has been relocated to rural Iran. It was great, fantastic set and good acting. Shohreh Aghdashloo is fantastic as Bernada, and she has an incredible voice. Very simply done, just a one-room set and only 7 characters with speaking roles (all of whom are women). Really nice place too, I'd never been to the Almeida before.
Also, Damian Lewis was in front of me at the Box Office queue.
