Open to anyone who can comfortably and safely ride a few hills.... well, one or 2 fairly long but shallow enough inclines. :)
The first 35k is 'alright' but much more uphill than down. But as they say - what goes up, must come down - and the other side of the last big hill is an awesome descent!
