A keirin frame is a nice thing. I'm very happy with mine for the track but it's not versatile. 25c tyres would fit, but no brake.
For the money of a Nagasawa you could almost build a road fixed for training and transport and a Dolan* for your occasional racing.
*Planet X have EA70 forks for £80 at the mo, and the Pre Cursa frames are £100 on ebay.
