Not really. Most of the meme-coiners knew no more about Kony and the LRA than the Facebook followers they're sniping at. Look at where those things are comiing from: DIYLOL and all the other auto-meme generators. Speaking as somebody who knows who Yoweri Museveni is and why that matters, I'm supposed to be impressed by a bunch of people jumping on an easy bandwagon to criticise a bunch of people jumping on an easy bandwagon?
