You get vortices from the aerodynamically active parts of F1 cars. If they ran in the same low pressure low-temperature air as planes, they'd leave contrails.
I predict if this thread continues, you will display the classic paranoid conspiracy theorists' traits of constantly shifting their argument so as not to invalidate the underlying "they're lying to us" stance.
