Freecycle: Raleigh frame with bent top tube

If I remember correctly there has been interest in damaged bike frames on here before. This frame has been victim of vandalism/botched theft where some asshole just pulled on the thing whilst it was locked up meaning the top tube is properly bent.

When giving it away I am a bit worried that someone doesn't understand the risks of riding with a bent frame and tries to build it up and ride it. IT IS NOT SAFE. Just forget it OK?
Or worse someone would put it together as some kind of Foffa bike malarkey and sell it to unsuspecting nodders. Again, NO.

It could however be fun for someone who wants to practice welding etc, so it would be reassuring if you could send me some photos or similar to convince me that you're a proper bike boffin.

Pick up from Hackney Road. The sooner the better.

hey yeah dibs please i have been looking round for a nice frame simply for the joints as i would like to try making a bamboo bike... i know i know pretentious crap but i love building stuff and will where a helmet just in case it collapses from under me :p when would be a good time too pick it up?? and oh yeah i could send you some of my resurch into bambo and building as proof but i am just a noob this will be my first one :)
