if only all the anger and vitriol from the two pages above could be put to something useful for example ...
ending world poverty / stopping cruelty to animals rather than just telling off someone for starting a thread on a community based website
i think perspective needs to be regained here
it's just a thread on aireoplanes nobody has murdered your wife / husband / child / fave pet / nobody has stolen your bike or cut one of your arms off
god if you get angry at someone posting a picture of a plane just imagine what would happen if someone really offended you ... you could end up doing time
and all the, i don't think you should be starting a thread on planes ( or whatever variety ) ..... if it were your website that you had started and you had control over then yes feel free to close the thread but as it's not your website you really don't have any say
when i meet fellow forumengers down the pub i don't talk 100% of the time about bikes i have a wide and varied range of interests i have the capability to talk not only about bike but also the weather the condition of the roads the recent TV programme discussing black holes, and cake
