Dan I've got 3 temperature balls
1.winter Pinks for use below 5 degrees
2.Super high density hot weather pink, blue, yellow, blue.red, white and green for 5 to 20 degrees- heat wave, fucking scorching pink for above 20 degrees
Snoop, i didn't want a logo anyway, it's hard enough pleasing everyone with what colour to have. I'm glad i posted this i didn't realize it actually mattered.

You are my muse.

I thought the brush was more representative of RV than his bollox.

I had ice forming on my tyres last night at polo. I think it's time to get some winter balls. But from where? They seem quite difficult to track down.
-
• #436
Magic will be doing them soon, not this side of Christmas, but I'm hoping to put the order in next week, if all goes well.

How cold can the pink ones go before they start breaking?
-
• #438
Not sure, but it was below zero last night and our pink rv stood up to it. I'll let you know what temp we start breaking them at as we've nothing else to use till the arrival of some winter balls.

I've bought some yellow 0º< from America. Should have them by the end of next week and happy to share them out.

^ can you post a link to where you ordered them. I think we'll be needing a few between mcr/sheff/Holmfirth etc

RV does three diff pink balls, no? I have cold, hot and super hot RV balls... V. confusing when leaving the house...
-
• #442
^he did. There's only summer ones advertised now though. Ours (Holmfirth) are summer ones.
-
• #443
Oh. That's confusing. Does summer = warm, is that different from "hot" and "super hot"?
-
• #444
Can't vouch for how good they'll be, online reviews don't look half bad and New York has colder winters than here. At least it's something
-
• #445
Thanks bakenger. I'll get some ordered. We'll see how they cope with pennine polo.

We used RV's winter balls in Oslo and they were excellent even in -16! None broke but they were getting a bit hard, wouldn't wanna take one to the face or anything…
-
• #447
Summer balls will typically start cracking at temperatures close to zero. I've seen a few crack already, so far, this autumn.
-
• #448
The pink Rv balls that throwin are stocking are rated down to 0 degrees.

Last night we were playing in temperatures below zero. Its -2 here tonight and it's likely to get colder. We're gunna need winter balls soon, before we end up splitting all our summer balls.

When polo balls go hard they react differently to uncapped malletheads, you end up with a lot of unintentional above-axle shots. Switch to RV-winter, balls stay low again...
Bananas are clearly the shitist.
