So I have put everyones name down for something, if they havent already done so in BOLD If you cannot commit to it let me know asap! or if you think you can do something else, please put your name down! Thanks :)

To make this party a success we ALL need to chip in and help!
So that the same people are not doing all of it, below I have separated it out into different roles with rough timescales. If you can definitely commit please copy&paste this part of the thread and put your name down. Thanks!
5 - 6.30pm @ Thirsty scholar - At a table, register polo cat teams/ issue each team with info sheet/ spoke card etc
6.45 - 7pm @ Thirsty scholar - On the Mic, tell polo cat teams to line up bikes outside & stand behind line/ run through rules/ mention party & start polo cat!
7 - 9pm @ 7 Various locations around Manchester for Polo cat checkpoint/ challenge scoring. These need to be people that do not want to take part in the Polo cat and will come to the Black lion with the all the teams scores 9ish (2 people on each checkpoint). Housemates, girlfriends/ boyfriends, injured cyclists are great for this! Please put in brackets who they know out of us too.

9 - 9.30pm @ The Black lion - Someone is needed to collect all the scores from the 7 different checkpoints, and another person needs to see all the teams and see if they have got any bonus points. Then these 2 people will need to work together to find out which team gets each prize. (not for anyone taking part in the polo cat)
9 - 9.30pm @ The Black lion - At entrance, 2 people need to write a, b, c or d on each persons hand and give them a raffle ticket
9 - 10.45pm Cyclist DJ's
9 - 1am - Someone as point of contact if anything goes wrong with projector/ films
9.30 - 10.30pm - team captains for the roller racing, and they will need to take part and motivate etc

9.30 - 10.30pm - On the Mic, get teams together/ explain rules and commentate. This has to be someone who does not want to take part in roller racing.

9.00 - 11pm - Help Ben with setting up rollers/ bikes/ software etc whatever he needs. Someone who does not want to take part in the roller racing.
10.45 - 11pm - On the Mic, MHBP speech etc
10.45 - 11pm - Photographer who does not do polo, to take a group polo player shot etc

Draw up cryptic clue/ map/ info sheet for polo cat - Neil/ Ste for design?
Printing of flyers/ posters/ polo cat info sheets/ spoke cards - Neil
Make laminated spoke cards - Emma
Checkpoint map & challenges for polo cat - Drew/ Emma/ Neil
Get prizes from company sponsors - Chan? - have emailed a few people
Get prizes from bike shops/ VIP invite them to launch party - Drew (he has a list), Chan?, Neil? - yep have spoke to harry halls and BB
Design flyer/ poster/ VIP invitation - Ste/ Neil
People to go to bike events/ clubs/ places to tell & flyer about launch party - this should be everyone!
Someone to give all the prizes to until event & sort them out for each prize - Emma
Write MHBP speech - Neil/ Chan?

Safety, if anything bad happens you need to sort it eg call ambulance (you get to borrow Neils walkie talkies!) -** Emyr & Nate**

Decorating venues with stuff - Graeme/ Scott/ Andy/ Schoey/ Tum? (I can give some art direction if neeeded)
Invite & Look after VIP's - This should be everyone! (Neil can you organise a list please)
Join co op at Black Lion/ pay deposit - Neil/ Adam?
Organise & build mini arena thing for knife fights - Ste / Adam / Mirek
& Finally if you can add your name to the list below if you would like Vegan curry/rice or Vegan chilli/rice (£4 a head@ Thirsty Scholar 5ish). I need to let the chef know and it needs to be payed for in advance.
