A chap about 6 foot tall, GSOH, WLTM first single speed bicycle for low-budget, amazing fun times in London's Famous London.
You have a SS ratbike / pub-bike with seat tube size of about 58cm cluttering up your garage or bedroom that you need to get rid of before your OH dumps you or to clear space for another, shinier, bike.
