2 and a half years later and i'm having the same problem - trying to remove the cranks to replace the boogered bb. LBS, no luck. I have tried a few methods but have failed.
I have replacement cranks so both the cranks and bb are scrap - so if I angle grind through the spindle part of the bb showing (between the crank and the frame), crank off, job done?
