If you find your calves complaining, you're overdoing the heel-strike avoidance. If not, fine.
I'm going to hold you to this, and do the 5 mile loop I did earlier in the week (Adidas) in the VFF's.
I don't think I'll make it due to my calves overloading, but I'll try.
