  • No not really, the chap who had it made was a scouser but i think there was a witcomb in east london, possibly a different one? I seem to remember reading some where that Richard Sachs apprenticed there as well briefly.

    Witcomb used to be based in Deptford and Richard Sachs, and one of the other well known US framebuilders (Ben Serotta?), did their apprenticeships there. Loads more info on this thread;
