I have a mate with a design business based in Dalston (textiles print design) for the big multiples (M&S et al) and smaller brands designing for all types of apparel looking for a salesperson to push the digital and new media side of the business. Its a small privately owned business (been going well for 25 years so no fly-by-nighter this one) and they want someone who'll fit into the team (20-35 is the kind of age range, although the owners are late 40's, but very cool dudes) and the most critical part is finding someone who is all about the team less about themselves (I know, hard to find in sales) but they want to push the fact that someone with the right sort of spark, who'll push themselves forward will do really well. Good job, paying well with good commission, and it is a lovely place to work, all good.
