League Season IV Fixture Chat

2 v 2 can be fun. Last season, Cosmic played 2 v 3 (Todd & I vs full rusty rims). Don't think that's been done before - assume it's allowed...our win stood anyway. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to avoid a forfeit.

Cant remember the exact scores, but the games went:

Pickled Onion 3 - Shifties 0
DDD 3 - GRRR 0
DDD 1 - HGS 2

Which, if I've worked it out correctly Louis... if Yomoyo win 3-0 against Shifites, you'll finish 3rd, and HGS will come 4th. DDD vs Dinos not a foregone conlusion either, the way Paul was playing this evening.

Pickled Onion v Shifties was loads of fun - lots of people cheering and heckling, big crowd down from 56a workshop, both teams putting in the effort.

Really, really fun games all round, everyone seemed to be enjoying it for all our games. I caught a few games between TPO and Shifties, congratulations to TPO, you guys played really solid, commiserations to Shifties, you always took it to the last minute. Thanks refs for reffing, and of course big thanks to the rest of DDD, you guys were on fire. Can't wait till Sunday now.

The one issue is that we've had subs in the league, for example, should Sandy get all the points for TU, or should Valentin. Maybe we make bench squads instead. But can someone be on two bench squads in the same tournament? Not sure, but worth looking into.

Remember:
At least 1 person in the team needs an active account.
Please check the list to see if that player already exists on the system, anyone who has or will play in NA will have one, and others may do. If not then create a new player record for them, and they will get a dummy account.
If you have a dummy account already, you can claim it as your own when you register, so do a search before you sign up.
When you register a team for this, just give a 3 person lineup, with whatever you decide your main lineup for the league was.
