Someone with a beanie/beard combo on a black leader with "who makes those?" stickers still on his deep wheels this morning near Whitechapel Hospital. You were on a side street about to turn on to Whitechapel Road, I was on the green geared Peugeout and gave you a smile. Nice HHSB.
