A couple of years ago, I ordered 2 pairs of handlebar streamers for my little girl's kid bike.
I remember that I took quite long and a few phone calls and/or emails to get them.
Okay, finally I got my stuff, but a lot more effort than most other web shops.
I wouldn't recommend this one.
I think, late I found out that Hema had the same stuff...
