Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

Because the cyclingnews forum is full of complete and utter basket cases who are too busy accusing every pro cyclist of being a doper to get too het up about a pricey, but nice, cycle clothing supplier?

You need a reality check if you think that's bad service.

I think they could do better. I understand that they are busy and it takes couple/few days extra to dispatch, but there was no need to ask royal mail to put my parcel on hold for two days.
