Does anyone know if the Hi-Tec C is named anything different in the UK? Can't seem to find them.
I picked up a three pack of Pilot G-Tec-C4 to try them out (don't usually go for a rollerball)
It's the 0.4mm nib.
Much finer than I'd normally opt for and the length of the pen is a little short for my masculine fingers. But as a precision pen for sketching some truly excellent doodles and wasting paper, it ain't half bad.
Wish they came on their own though rather than having to buy three in blue.
But my question still stands - how similar are they to the Hi-Tec C? And if they're completely different, where can I find one? Don't want to order online if I can avoid it.
Still in love with the idea of Pen Type A which runs a 0.5mm Hi-Tec C nib:
I did the same thing. The Pn Type A sthing looks fantastic so I thought I'd see what the G Tec was like to write with. On Pilot's American website there's a G Tec C but no G-Tec C4 Microtip and the situation is reversed on the UK site where I could only find the G-Tec C4 Microtip.
Given how similar they appear, I assume the two are the same and just given different names in different regions.

Glad I did the research because the pen is awful!
