All a bit ambitious on the price side I'm afraid.
I.e. smaller pack of photo paper retails for about £10-12 new, so £15 sounds odd?
Used chain? you never know, but frame will probably find a home for that price. -

Postage for the single speed conversion would be £15-£20 plus the cost of the part? Or are you saying £15-20 all in?

15-20 pounds postage cost, plus 40 pounds for the f+f headset, seatpost, seat, handel bar, lever, front and rear brake, and bottome bracket, i can throw in the chain and pedals,
i can throw in the vintage crankset below and the stem for 5 more pounds, i initially have other plans for the stem,

sorry, the only thing that is broken are the pedals, which needs bearing replacing, otherwise everything shd still be working, im just trying to shift things that id rather not throw away..
