Afraid not John. I can see it being difficult to organise two or three teams each from Edinburgh and Glasgow + Aberdeen/anyone else in that timescale. It's only really going to work if everyone here is on board and we can formally invite people this week. Also I'm on holiday next week.

This would be a pretty informal one day event so I can't see accommodation being an issue unless people want to stay over and get on the beers afterwards.
In terms of the court and goals we should be pretty much fine. We can fill the couple of odd gaps where we know the ball goes out. We can speak to the council if it's a goer. I suspect they will say it's a non-bookable court but worth asking.
There are enough people from the three main cities who have been to tournaments to soak up the refereeing duties. (+ Luke has an encyclopedic knowledge of the rules!)
The format would depend on number of entrees but with a small number we would be able to give everyone lots of court time.

We'd better get some stuff agreed on Sunday, then. When do you go on holiday? Are you liaising with Col? I'm in, anyway....
