Yeah, another vote for spd-sl here. I've tried Look (fine whilst the cleats are new but wore fast for me), Time (not advisable for any standing starts) and Shimano-sl (good, high tension and cleats wearing better than Look). The 105s for £30 on Ribble really are a great buy.
