A lot of league games down south tonight(grrrr, hgs, ddd, pickled onion, shifties) so might be more likely to be quieter. Saying that though most of those teams are southies.

We're capping throw-ins now?

For the few times I've been there, Mitch always seems really busy for the weekday throw ins, lots of waiting around.

Capping doesnt seem realistic.
Maybe start having NE throw ins on Mondays and Wednesdays too?

For the few times I've been there, Mitch always seems really busy for the weekday throw ins, lots of waiting around.

Maybe start having NE throw ins on Mondays and Wednesdays too?

I think we shouldn't over react, while it was too many players, it was the first warm evening in months.

In a few months we can play on Downs/Fields in the evening again, so that will sort itself out.

At the same time, if those numbers stay, why not make every day a NE day. I can play any day except Wednesday (and in 5 weeks time I can play then as well). We played a Wednesday a few weeks ago, we've played Fridays a few times this year, Mondays a few times, I guess it just happens anyway.

Tues was too old skool for me though. 2 games in 2 hours is not for me. It was fine back when drinking > polo but now we are professional athletes ...

Think peeps is over-reacting, I was 70% joking when I said cap at 12.

We can't play Mitch any more nights, as the nights get warmer the kids will come out, so if anything we will have less court time in the summer; but we will be able to use unlit courts.

NE should have its own association, capped at 12 members.

I say we cap every court at 6 (no time/score limit), find more facilities and start winning some international tournaments.
