I wouldn't mind, but having just checked on here: http://www.columbiaseminary.org/coffeetalk/092.html "infer" seems to be the right one.
You cannot deduce (or draw a conclusion) from looking at a sample of tags, that all tags have a problem.
Hence, that some tags have a problem does not infer that there is a problem with all of the tags.
