^^^
there are a few (3) different sizes/ fittings of bolt. You could measure and order, but easier to just take it down to a decent shop that has old stuff ;)

I bought one from Freemans Cycles, mail order. It was pretty cheap and turned up pretty quickly.
Hi there,
I have two old 531 steel frames that have rounded seat clamp bolts. I can cut them off with a hacksaw but I need replacement bolts. Are they all the same size? and where can I ge them from? should I just pop around to my LBS?
Thanks,
