  • Its a lovely day in North London. Off to Wembley soon

Don't forget to buy your giant foam hand and commemorative scarf.

  • and your Suarez t-shirt..

Good work for being there, have fun Mike.

  • That first Fulham goal was class, Dembele is a hell of a player when he's on it.

He's amazing. I just hope we can hang on to him and Dempsey for a few more seasons.

  • Lots of Liverpool fans on the tube - excitedly sharing pictures of phone boxes and London buses on their camera phones, and singing Suarez songs - not a scouse accent to be heard...

  • Today I shall be a Cardiff fan

    concern yourself with spoks!

  • Due to a train derailment there are no trains between Liverpool and Crewe (and therefore London), today.
    ...

I don't get your point, what's the problem?

Everyone knows Kopites don't live in Liverpool so it makes no difference

  • ..... not a scouse accent to be heard...

    That does surprise me...

  • Liverpudlians in London today?

deadbolts all the doors, boards up the windows and takes the alloys off the beema

  • Effra anyone?

  • No Scousers, just Norwegians, Cockneys and Irish

  • In that case I can relax

  • Don't forget the 30,000+ taffs

  • No Scousers, just Norwegians, Cockneys and Irish

Have you gone out for the day?

  • Oh, Swindon...

  • 4-3, Hoddle

  • Pisti: How do you feel about Paolo Di Canio's stewardship of your earliest local team?

  • I think it's ace, he's brought some style to the town. Before it was just Pam Ayres and fella's dressed in Timberland jumpers

  • Tottenham are 1 up, oh dear.

  • Saha....oh dear

  • Adebeyor pen....oh dear

  • Sagna, oh dear?

  • Van Persie, oh dear!

  • Dull northern football.

dilema. that hot date i was on last Monday is due to come over to stay on Saturday and she's a big Chelsea fan prone to sulking in defeat.

  • i hear that a train has been derailed in Oslo. Expect the Liverpool end to be empty unless they delay kick off

  • Good half of football, saha's deflected goal was our first attack of note. Bale went down way too easy for the pen. Benni lost Sagna for arsenal's first and van persie scores a wonder second.

We've looked the more dangerous on the break, but the arse have been sharper in the tackle and are turning it into a proper derby. Ref's been, by modern standards, a bit lenient with the officiating. Letting lots of little kicks and tugs go. But it's making it competitive. Less time for moaning about not getting the foul, more time getting up, shrugging it off and trying to win the ball back.

    It could go either way.

The coach and horses is 50/50 arse and spurs.

Walker looks menacing, Modric is holding it all together, Saha hasnt done much apart from score the first. Bale looks like he wants to win it by himself and Kaboul and Ledley look solid.

Will be an interesting, second half.
