yes...
Im getting proper stuff if I get good gcses or I ca afford it.
And yes, bikeinc is my little thing, a surprising lot of my teachers/people at my school/friends/area don't know how to change a tyre and i think 10 quid labour a bike shop is madness :P -

Oh, btw, some wide (2" diameter) sturdy washers, sturdy threaded rod (1,5-2x length headtube), two nuts for that threaded rod make you a headsetcup press.. And for the crown race installation: a piece of tube longer then your steerer and an inner diameter of about 1,5"..
Should be available at any hardware store.. Cheap and works well, that's how I do my headset jobs..
Some stuff about in on retrobike..

Oh, and you need this to remove them cups again.. 0,75" Outer diameter steel tube (alu is too soft, I know that from experience), cut in, pull wide..
Crown removal is quite easy with a long, about 1" by 1" by 18" wooden slat/lath..

There's also a fairy good headset press made by a german company that can be had for about £30
Wiggle | Cyclus Headset Press Workshop Tools
Obviously no good if you need it done today, but it does the job if you are planning to do a lot of them. Won't do 1.5" without an adapter though, so if you are intending to do exotic road and MTB frames it will cost you a bit more.
Get yourself over to bicycleworkshop at 7.30am Sat and they'll get it done for you on the day, and they are very, very good at what they do.

Seriously, man, just do this. It cost me about £6 for the parts I need from Wickes and it works perfectly well.
I've got enough parts to make another one left over if you want it.Oh, btw, some wide (2" diameter) sturdy washers, sturdy threaded rod (1,5-2x length headtube), two nuts for that threaded rod make you a headsetcup press..
