Spotted someone in a badger* outfit heading up Upper Tooting Road/Balham High Road on a white Brian Rorke fixed at about 9:45ish this morning. I would have DAS'd you, but I was the car, and CS7 was looking a little culltered
*I say badger outfit, it was a black cycling top with a white stripe up it, and a white helmet, reminded both of us of a badger for some reason.
