Obviously no good if you need it done today, but it does the job if you are planning to do a lot of them. Won't do 1.5" without an adapter though, so if you are intending to do exotic road and MTB frames it will cost you a bit more.
Get yourself over to bicycleworkshop at 7.30am Sat and they'll get it done for you on the day, and they are very, very good at what they do.
There's also a fairy good headset press made by a german company that can be had for about £30
