I am set to join the ranks of Canyon owners. I've ordered an Ultimate CF 8.0, which on today's specs means it has 11sp Athena and Mavic Krysium Equipe. It's due to arrive tomorrow. I'll report back, if anyone's interested. I've never owned or ridden a carbon framed bike, so it will be a learning curve for me.
