Yep you can improve the internal storage, select if you want all apps on the sd card (great move) I haven't actually designated some of my sd card to the phone internal storage yet as I didn't see the point.
You can change the speed of the CPU (under clocked mine) so I should get more out of the battery.
At the moment I'm trying to decide whether having Juice Defender will free me up with more battery. The fact you can have every single app and process close down when the screen turns off is a big plus.
