At last managed to have a chat with Cube riding cat 6 no lights road warrior of the Old Kent Road at a set of traffic lights.
Me. "nice bike"
Him (takes headphones out of ears). "yeah iz nice"
Me. "Don't you think you should put some lights on it before some one runs you over?"
Him (sheepish) "I gave them to my wife"
Me. "Wow, no lights and wearing headphones.. Your wife may not have a husband some day.."
Him. Sheepish look of recognition..
If he had hung around I would have given him my spare Knog..
