Offered: room to rent in tottenham - for ladies only

hi all, we have a nicely sized single room to let in a victorian garden house over two floors, at the moment there's a single bed in it but there is enough space for a double if you wanted one (which i can provide). The house itself is in clean and tidy (we like keeping it that way) and it is in a pretty quiet street at about a couple of mins walk from the buses and the main street for shopping. You'd be sharing the house with me, Chris, italian, been in london for 15 years, build bicycles for living and a big music lover, Damiana (my girfriend), 27 and also italian who works in a shop in the burlington arcade, and Lele who is a professional guitarist. We all have our own lives but we do like a nice chat and sharing a meal from time to time. We prefer to let the room to a female to keep the balance but we are not racist against a nice clean and tidy chap.
