Suggest we manage this evening's session to cope with the numbers thus:
6.30-7.30 - Normal all-in social throw-ins/give everyone at least one game
7.30-8.30 - Divide players into Seniors (at least 1 year's polo) and Beginners - running throw-ins within those groups (alternating between Senior session and Beginner sessions)
8.30-9.30 - Team games only. We will play as many round robin matches as we can, concentrating on match play. All beginners not currently in a team will be placed in a make-up team for the evening. Advice/coaching available for all new teams - just pick a senior player to watch your game and give feedback etc.
If we can get sharp turnarounds we should get at least 15 games in, maybe more - so please, get prepared as the game on court is nearing completion!
Ste - have you got a Time Cat you can bring? I've ordered some more but they've not arrived as yet.
