I always ask for a personal response and I always insist of being informed what actions will be taking / have been taken against the drivers in questions, and I always insists I don't need to know the actual ID of the drivers etc, but they always bring out the data protection crap, it's a never ending game, and at the best of time, I don't really think these companies actually take any actions against these drivers apart from a little friendly chat in the back office.
