Great sticker placement! Let me know how you get on with the tool :)

  • I have had a couple of people paypal me money for tools, but they are out of the UK. This costs more for postage, so if you would like a tool and you live outside the UK, please add £6 on for postage.

    Thanks!

I would be one of them (but within Europe), just let me know if you want more cash for the postage... however the webshop does state *"- Postage within the UK/Europe is £4.00". *

  • If I was to pick one up would you prefer

1). Paypal money, then meet to pick up
    2). Pay when picking up

and where do the deals go down?

  • I'll take one as well please - pm sent

You are right! I changed it and forgot ;) Thanks!

  • I got my new tool on Tuesday, after finally getting it out of the packet I just marvelled at it for a while. I stripped my back wheel on Tuesday night. Its brilliant.

I would make the following changes -

1 - somewhere to put an allen key or two
2- somewhere to stash an inner tube, some patches and a bit of glue
    3 -a pump

If i can make all these slightly silly changes I can make this the only tool I have to carry anywhere when I have a bike with me ever.

PS - Is Andy Pancake name checked on the tool?

Brilliant tool, best chain whip / lockring tool I have come across - worth twice the price. Get one innit.

  • Paid by paypal. PM'd deets... Thanks Andy

  • Lockwhip arrived in the post today. Cheers Andy.

Excellent bit of kit, hats off to you.

Used the tools arrival as an excuse to go buy a new rear cog and strip the back wheel :-)

    Glad you like it!

I tried to incorporate an allen key... but using the allen key attached to the tool would be a pain to use. Also you would need more than one size.
So it's better to have these separate.

Anything stashed on the tool would also affect how it works. You don't want to be putting lot's of force into taking your cog off and then something drops off!

    A pump?! ;)

Stoked you like the lockwhip, I took me a year or so to develop and get right. I also would not put something out there that did not work. I don't believe in excess waste.
