Naploi are a cracking little side, tight and organised and with the class up to really do teams over.
It seems there is somewhat of a renaissance in Italy, with only Inter struggling. Chelsea got an away goal, but I can't see them keeping a clean sheet in the next leg.
I think both english teams are out and neither played at all to the levels they can. Chelsea seem to have lost any cohesion, the midfield and attack seem too disjointed. Mata wants to drift, Sturridge wants to play central and Drogba wants to do everything. Defensively they can have as many chevrons as they like.
Yet I still think that AVB was the right appointment and he has made good transfer decisions, it's just whether CFC give him that long.
On an Arsenal note, I think what the Arsenal shareholders trust have said about the club is absolutley right. Since David Dein left Arsenal have won sweet fanny adams and it's not like we didn't spend money this season (£50m (though in real terms more like £25)). The senior decisions should not be being made by Wenger and somebody needs to grow a pair in the boardroom - I'd take Usmanov over Kroenke at this moment, We need some eastern no holds barred thinking. And maybe Andrei would play better then...
