  • They speak funny in the north east of France. The historic industries of textiles and coal make it a little like the north of England and some of the architecture is very similar. Normans drink cider and not wine. Bretons are just odd.

    The houses look like German houses in the north east, and the people of Alsace-Lorraine basically are Germans.
